I worked with Perceptual engineering to create an Interactive 70's pub band experience for the Auckland Museums NZ Music exhibition, 'Volume'.
By combining old school, 1970’s instruments, and interactive technology we transported users into the experience of being a pub band in the 1970’s playing the hit song Rain by iconic New Zealand rock band Dragon.
We used Touchdesigner to created a user interface that guided the visitors through the song. Integrated LED lights in the Guitar, Bass, drums and keyboard glow to show what note to play next.
The end result was a musical experience anyone could enjoy!
